If you are looking for work or decided to change it, you should carefully prepare in advance for a meeting with a potential employer.

It should be noted that the bulk of people applying for a particular position are completely unaware of what questions the employer is asked at the interview.

First of all, you must demonstrate to the future boss that you are interested in the offered vacancy, and you would like to work in his company, therefore you should not be “silent” at the meeting with him, but it is better to ask him a couple of relevant questions. However, you should not strain your convolutions in an attempt to ask something relevant - the boss himself will push you into the “right direction”. However, at the first interview, asking about bonuses, bonuses and other additional incentives of a material nature is inappropriate, because you do not know exactly whether you will be approved for the position or not. d) It is also premature to ask about career growth and when you will be promoted: there is no need to force events, first prove that you are a valuable acquisition for the company as an employee. It is better to ask about the work schedule and the availability of days off.

Questions to the employer should be asked in a confident tone, but in a soft and correct form.

e) Ask about when you can start work and whether it is possible to start working directly after two weeks. Very often a person, before starting work in another company, has to settle things in the old place - this, of course, takes time. As a rule, a new leader in this goes towards a new employee. Such a question would be quite logical.

It is easy to predict the basic questions for the employer from inexperienced and negligent workers. Usually they are interested in: “When will the increase in wages?” and "Is there a break for a smoke break?" Talking about money can lead the boss to the idea that the employee only thinks about them and he will think about the business directly in the last turn. Well, everyone knows about the dangers of smoking, and the fact of an employee’s bad habit will provoke a negative reaction from the boss.
