Before you start getting a job, ask yourself a few questions. First, why are you doing this. It would seem that the question is stupid and inappropriate, but the answer is obvious - for making money. However, you can receive money for the time and effort spent in various ways, but some of them make it possible to develop, while others are only aimed at meeting the minimum needs.

For example, you can try to get a job "in the diploma" for a long time - in the specialty of, say, a musicologist or specialist in ancient languages. But even in a large city, the need for them is negligible, and it will not be possible to feed a family for the salary of a budgetary research fellow at a university. So, as a result, narrow specialists (especially humanities) have to retrain or get a job as sales consultants, cleaners, couriers. Such forced employment will provide minimal livelihoods, but will not bring moral satisfaction.

Nevertheless, to stay afloat, especially in a crisis, is simply necessary. And this does not mean at all that you will have to forever abandon your ambitions and your beloved business: you can devote all your free time to him, for example, write articles about music for websites, publish your translations from Latin or ancient Greek. That is, an outlet can always be found if desired.

The second question that you should answer yourself before getting a job is life priorities.

Then no one will be able to solve anything for you, and it is not necessary to listen to relatives and acquaintances, but only your inner voice. For example, with the same salary, you have found a job as a sales manager in different parts of the city. In one place, a friendly team, a friendly chef, but you will have to get to work with transfers, as a result, you will spend up to 3-4 hours a day only on the road. If you are not connected with anything, little children are not waiting at home or in kindergarten, or there are grandparents who will take care of them, you can make a choice in favor of this company. But if a similar position is offered across the road or at two stops from you, although with a more strict boss, you might prefer this particular job. In this case, you will be able to devote more time to your family, you will not depend on public transport, and you can walk to the office. The choice of where to get a job is up to you.

Since for most of us labor for money is not only a necessary part of life, but also takes almost all (at least half) of the waking time, which would be a pity to spend without prospects, you should answer one more question. If the financial situation satisfies you as a whole, the next important milestone is the moral and psychological side. There are many places where you can get a job for the sake of earning. You can even go abroad and work there. However, if the profession you have chosen is exactly what you want to do in the future, the question of career growth or starting your own business will certainly arise. After all, a person can be happy only when his psychological needs are satisfied: in recognition, self-realization, comprehension of the new. Therefore, if you are looking for a place to work without work experience, but want to develop your skills in a particular business, try to find a suitable internship in your specialty. Even if it doesn’t bring a lot of income at the beginning of the journey, it will let you enter the profession, feel yourself in it, and try your hand. Seasonal or low-skilled work has always been and always is, but it is not worth starting your career with it.
