Everyone who at least once in his life was looking for a job went through an interview. This is normal practice, everyone has long known passing techniques, behavior in front of different types of bosses, answers to the most tricky questions. But I will remember that interview for a lifetime! It struck me with the whole absurdity of what was happening, in my opinion.
I was looking for a new job and actively agreed to a large number of offers. At first, there was nothing new with this organization in the beauty industry. The company deals with hair, or rather produces strands of various sizes for building, trains masters. Their office is located in the city center for a long time and I got used to it. The belief that this is not a fake office, which will move tomorrow, was absolute. I and several other applicants for the position of administrator / manager were invited at one time. Group interviews are becoming increasingly popular. Especially for vacancies where you have a lot to communicate with people and among young leaders. I don’t really like them, but don’t leave.
Strange questions in the application form
Then, as usual, a questionnaire on two pages with questions about education, marital status. I don’t understand why to spend paper and time if it is indicated in the resume, which they look at before inviting the candidate for an interview? A separate question was: “Who are you according to the horoscope?” Even at that moment I wanted to clarify which one. Not that I was very fond of astrology, but I know that in addition to the classical oriental, there is a horoscope of druids, Aztecs and floral! Logic and reason suggested that you need to write a concise “Taurus” and not be smart before the start of the interview especially.

And so, with a delay of 10 minutes, we, the beautiful representatives of the zodiac circle, were led into a tiny room and sat on chairs. The interview was conducted by two fair-haired girls with very long, perfect hair. I immediately appreciated that they were building up well, looking very natural.
Clapping eyelashes, managers began to study profiles, checking them with us. Then they called the name and surname of one of the girls and clarified whether she really is Capricorn.
Unexpected result
The girl confirmed her belonging to this sign and date of birth. To which she was told that the interview was finished for her, since the two previous Capricorns had not worked for a long time in their organization and did not live up to their expectations.
The girl left in bewilderment, and I regretted a little that I did not indicate who I am according to the horoscope of the Druids and Aztecs. Although already at that moment I clearly realized that as Taurus I also didn’t fit them at all and we won’t find a common language. They further asked if the remaining had bad habits. I realized that this was my chance not to participate in further performance, repented of all mortal sins and hastened to leave.
I don’t know how the shows of the remaining Maidens and Scorpions ended, but then I often watched this vacancy on the site to find work.
It turns out to be very funny: you study at the institute, you gain experience, you go through many trainings and continuing education courses, and they can refuse a workplace on the basis that you were born on the wrong date.
If this goes on, then in addition to the diploma and labor, we will soon begin to wear natal cards for interviews and a guard from such specific employers.
