Being in a creative search for an interesting and profitable occupation, people often (almost always) understand that in order to get a good well-paid job, a certain work experience is needed. And yesterday's students, in order to live, have to either engage in unskilled labor, or else start their professional activity in another 2-3 years. Although such work will be low-paid (or even free), but by the end of his studies a person will already have such a valuable work experience.

Some enterprises practice cooperation with specialized universities, when department heads attend senior classes and invite them to their internships or vacations as interns. This event is beneficial both for students in terms of experience and for the employer in terms of "growing" valuable personnel on their own.

When looking for decent work, a person, regardless of his age and experience, makes a resume. It is on this document that a decision is often made about whether such an employee is needed in the enterprise, or whether it is better to look for another one. At the time of selection, the applicant himself is not present, so that the idea of him, his abilities and qualities is compiled solely by resume. The experience in this document should be described in such a way that the potential leader appreciates all the skills and knowledge of the person and wants to see him among his subordinates.

When preparing documents for submission to the human resources department (or human resources department) of a future employer, you need to understand that work experience in a resume is the most important section. It will be studied more carefully than the others, which means that this part requires special attention.

In the chapter “Work Experience”, it is necessary not only to list all the organizations in which the applicant had to work earlier (of course, in the reverse chronological order), but to completely describe what the position was, which was part of the main responsibilities in each place. Reading the resume, the employer must clearly imagine what the person was doing, what was his competence, what skills he managed to acquire at each of the previous employment places.

If the applicant has never been employed anywhere before, but has been practicing for a long enough time to gain some experience, he should certainly indicate this.

After all, a student with good marks in the diploma who has successfully completed the practice is, for many, a more desirable employee than a loafer who has many years of work experience in the required profile.

In the case when a sufficiently lengthy search for a good place with decent pay was unsuccessful, it may be worth considering simpler and lower-paying options in order to return to this issue after some time. Additional experience in this case will definitely benefit, and there is always the possibility that a diligent and smart, although young employee, bosses will notice.

There are enough examples in the history when a person, having got a job as a courier, secretary or assistant of a junior consultant due to lack of experience, quickly occupied a serious position (even a leading one). The main thing is to believe in yourself and your own success.
