Unused extra days are not subsequently compensated. Women who have small children cannot be dismissed while downsizing.

Legislative work for women in the north has limitations. This is stipulated in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. In the north, women do not have the right to work:

- under the age of 18;

- having medical contraindications for health;

- pregnant;

- raising a child up to 3 years.
