The situation on the labor market in Novosibirsk: September-November 2015

During the fall of 2015, the employment sector in Novosibirsk pleased with the stability of wages and a variety of offers for cooperation. It is also pleasant that specialists associated with the development and implementation of high technologies come out on top of topical professions.

Despite the fact that, according to Trud.com, the average salary of computer engineers is not much ahead of the construction industry, among them there are several valuable professions. Their salaries are one and a half to two times higher than in real estate.

The average wage in the fall of 2015

According to statistics, during the autumn months of 2015, the average salary in Novosibirsk fluctuated slightly:

• 24,358 rubles in September;
• a slight decline to 24058 rubles in October;
• recovery to 24,408 rubles in November.

Such a deviation is considered acceptable.

If you count the amounts in American currency, the average salary ranged from 318 to 322 dollars.

Perhaps in Europe such a salary is considered extremely low. But, taking into account prices for rental housing and the purchase of essential goods in Novosibirsk, this income allows a person to live comfortably.

The industries most in need of personnel

The greatest demand for personnel was experienced during the fall of 2015 by the trading industry and the sales sector (18.6%).

With a significant margin after it, production goes on (11.2%), pharmaceuticals and medicine close the top three (8.9). The computer sphere, alas, is only in fourth place, despite the fact that the most valuable professions belong to it. About a third of the market is occupied by small highly specialized offers (32.5%).

Highly paid industries and major employers

Among the highest-paid sectors, leadership in the labor market is firmly held by real estate, with an average salary of 42,955 rubles. This is not surprising - because huge amounts of money are involved in the turnover. The second place is deservedly occupied by top management (41,482 rubles).

But construction, alas, cannot yet boast of too high salaries, an average level of 28,634 rubles is recorded there.

The largest employer, with 122 vacancies during the fall, was recognized by Magnit. Moreover, these vacancies cover several industries, including trade and production.

In second place is the company Ankor. Active development was observed in the companies Svyaznoy and Svyaznoy Logistics (79 and 68 job offers).

The most popular and valuable professions

Not always a popular profession is also highly paid. This is clearly demonstrated by the situation in Novosibirsk, where in the fall of 2015 there was a high demand for nurses in the labor market (1000 applications).

In second place is unskilled labor - cleaners (481 job offers). This once again proves that people without education, ready to work, will always be needed.

Among the professions distinguished by a "fat" salary above the average level, leading developers (82333 rubles) are in the lead.

After them come java specialists (80,000 rubles). But the programmer, even the host, while offering an average of 60,000 rubles.
