This instruction was approved and developed on the basis of Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the USSR of January 26, 1991 No. 10, Decree of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2003 No. 14 and other legal regulations that regulate labor legal relations.

1. General provisions of the job description of the auxiliary worker of the second category

1.1. Second-class auxiliary workers are hired by a person who has special skills, without submitting requirements for work experience.

1.2. A second-level auxiliary worker is classified as a worker. He reports directly (name of the position of the immediate superior).

1.3. An auxiliary worker of the second category is dismissed and hired by order (position of the head of the organization).

1.4. An auxiliary of the second category should know:

- rules, norms of transportation and loading of goods;

- methods of unloading, loading, stacking and moving dusty materials and goods, which must be handled with care;

- packaging design and methods for securing goods that are transported;

- the procedure for registration of delivery and acceptance accompanying documents, the algorithm for sorting goods.

2. Responsibilities

The secondary worker is assigned the following duties:

2.1. Accomplishment of auxiliary and auxiliary works at sites and construction warehouses, sites, storerooms, bases and so on.

2.2. Unloading, loading, moving on trolleys (trolleys) or manually and stacking goods that must be handled with care (parquet in packs, roll materials, barrels, boxes, paper, cardboard, lumber, plywood, etc.), as well as non-dusty bulk materials (crushed stone, sand, slag, gravel, garbage, coal, metal shavings, sawdust and other waste products of the enterprise).

2.3. Rolling of wheel sets for trolleys and turning of rolling stock to cars and locomotives for machines.

2.6. Cleaning roads, grounds, access roads.

2.7. Washing of windows, floors, dishes, containers, products and parts.

3. The rights of the auxiliary worker of the second category

An auxiliary worker of the second category has the right:

3.1. Require the company management to assist in the implementation of rights and professional duties.

3.2. For all social guarantees provided by law.

3.3. Demand the creation of conditions for the implementation of professional duties, including the provision of the necessary equipment, workplace, inventory that complies with sanitary and hygienic norms and rules, and so on.

3.4. On extra leave and shortened working day.

3.5. For free preventive and therapeutic nutrition due to particularly harmful working conditions.

3.6. For the issuance of safety shoes, work clothing and other personal protective equipment.

4. Responsibility of the auxiliary worker of the second category

The auxiliary worker of the second category is responsible:

4.1. For legal violations committed in the process of carrying out their activities, within the boundaries determined by the current criminal, administrative, Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

4.2. For causing the employer material or financial damage - within the boundaries determined by the current Civil Code and Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

4.3. For low-quality performance or non-performance of one's own official duties, which is stipulated by the job description, within the boundaries determined by the current Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

5. Labor protection of an auxiliary worker

5.1. An auxiliary worker can carry out only the work on which he was trained, instructed in labor protection and to which he was admitted by the employee responsible for the safe performance of work.
