Facts and Figures
Another word that can increase your chances of success is “increased”. What tasks were given to you at the previous work? Give the facts and figures. Indicate how it was and how it became. The easiest way to describe your achievements is based on specific indicators and statistics. And it will characterize you as a specific person. One who appreciates both his own and other people's time.
Something needs to be reduced
Not always and not everything needs to be increased. Something needs to be reduced sometimes. For example, risks for the enterprise (financial and legal) or debt. If such examples are present in your work experience, do not forget about them.
Of course, you need to understand that these “correct” verbs will not be enough for an impressive resume. They exist much more: expanded, transformed, optimized, created, developed, etc. Use these words and be sure to back them up with facts and the logical connection between your actions and results.
